From outside a very nice hotel. When we arrived we got a tiny little room with no daylight and not working ac. Unbelievable climate in the room for a so called 5 star hotel. After complaining we got a bigger room with daylight. In both rooms the bed was quite small for two people. The furniture in the whole hotel needs to be replaced. In the restaurant the chairs full of spots and no more upholstery. The stuff in the restaurant was quite slow and inattentive. For me not a five star hotel.

(Translated by Google) A beautiful and elegant hotel in a very central location. Our room was spacious and comfortably furnished. Without exception, all employees were extremely friendly and very courteous, especially Mr. Sabir Tahiri. I would have really liked to have given 5 stars, but unfortunately I had to deduct one star for the breakfast, since there was a lack of choice and some dishes were not refilled, although the buffet was still available for over half an hour. Nevertheless, we had a very nice stay in this hotel.

The location is very central and convenient for city center. The rooms are very small and they apparently don't have anybody working there because there's no doorman and there's no bellman and i had to go to the front desk and ask is there a bellman to assist me with luggage . this is not what a good hotel does is it? The waitress have no clue what they're doing so we stayed there as little as possible and ate everywhere else but at their restaurant as the food was pretty poor. We did have dinner there on our first night and the waitress have no clue what is on the menu as it was a new menu ( she explained ), i guess the chef do not hold a tasting session when introducing anew menu with the staff and explain the menu to the servers. The first morning we went to breakfast and the first thing out of the hostess mouth when we ask for a table is " you don't have breakfast included in your room price" which was a very strange way to greet us and my reply to her was" are we allow to pay for breakfast?" then she woke up and seated us. The bedding was sand paper smooth! the so call river view room that they show on their site was deliberate in only showing top half of the window and it was misleading as it was only a half window and i felt like it was extremely misleading. overall, poor service and untrained personnel, tiny room, low quality bedding, prison window and below average food for a fairly high sum. we won't be there again!
