    put a note on the order to say no mushrooms on a wrap due to allergy, wrap came with mushrooms, rang them and was told no note put on ticket. refused to exchange wrap. ordered nearly every friday for along time and was told i would be charged for a new wrap. shocking service. not my fault there was a technical issue that our note didnt go through. never ordering from here again if they are happy to serve food to customers who have allergies.

    Normally order the chilli and have no problems ! It's come today and smells and looks different the chilli was full of gristle in every bite to the point where it was inedible. Rang up to be told nothing has changed to the recipe. It's put me off ordering again as it's normally so nice.

    We order from the salad bar all the time at my place of work. It is a god send to have someone who delivers in the mornings. Always tastes amazing. And the deliver guy who often delivers it ('older' gent) is always lovely and smiley too :)
