Unfortunately the customer service is really poor here. Avoid if at all possible. The prices are competitive, so it's easy to find a better alternative. Such a shame as it seems very promising but it's being let down by some of the staff with unacceptable behaviour.

I've called this morning to book an appointment and was told to make sure I'll attend it as the last time I had to cancell which I did 24 hours in advance as required.As I was about to explain that the cancellations happened due to covid the receptionist didn't even let me finish the sentence and said I appreciate that however...I am speechless!!When I cancell I did it to protect you too as I was exposed multiple time as working in the public sector.Looks like manners are going out of fashion.I think my customs will be appreciated somewhere else.

I have had to see Dr Arti Sharma twice in the past few months, and on both occasions she has been extremely professional, polite and has made me feel at ease. It can be daunting visiting a dentist after some time but Arti was amazing! I will definitely be recommending her, an asset to the company :)

I've been seeing Arti for several years and she always does an excellent job. I moved from the area but keep going back to Smile Studios as they provide a great service and Arti is fantastic. It was very easy to book an appointment. Arti, the dentist, was personable, professional and provided an excellent service throughout. My condition and treatments were explained thoroughly. I felt well informed about what was happening and why and was giving good advice with demonstrations on how to look after my teeth in the future.

Wow. Literally enquired about having a lot of work done. No info given. And possibly the rudest customer experience with the front desk. Honestly. Do not hang up on clients and if someone says that they have issues trusting dentists. Then reassure them. Don't disregard them and speak with disrespect.
