One star because no stars is not an option. This company also masquerades as The Motor Ombudsman. It claims to be a fair, reasonable and Impartial dispute resolution service. They disregard The Consumer Rights Act of 2015 in their proposed solutions. They always support claims by dealers despite their claims being refuted by written evidence. They handle complaints internally i.e. no regulator. In my case the process took 27 months to propose a solution that I rejected when the dealer made the offer. You can't talk to an Ombudsman. They won't give an update on a complaint. They exist to undermine consumer rights and try to wear down consumers. No wonder the courts are full. The service TMO provide is inadequate, unreasonable, unprofessional, insular and verging on corrupt. They should be shut down! They don't even respond when you ask them to escalate a complaint to the highest level. Self regulating and we know who calls the tune SMMT!
