Tried to hire a setup, was told that delivery was an additional £100 on top of the hire of equipment (roughly £140). Asked if I could collect and was told no. Your options are: cough up for delivery and almost double costs or rent elsewhere. I chose the latter.

Hired the Medium Lighting package and it was amazing. The lights were easy to use and provided amazing lighting that covered the entire hall we were using. They were easy to transport with there easy carry cases and fit perfectly all into a small car. The process of hiring out the lights was so effortless and it truly made the night 1000% times better.

Like many people, my daughter turned 18 during lockdown so was unable to enjoy a normal 18th. Cue the Sound and Light Hire Company and we turned our kitchen diner into a nightclub with lights, lasers and a smoke machine. Unfortunately she had to “party” with mum, dad and her brother making cocktails but it would have been even more rubbish 🤣 without the amazing equipment we hired at a great price. Thanks to Kerry and Jamie for the great service. Will definitely be back for more when we can host a proper party.

I hired some speakers & disco lights for my 30th birthday, Jamie was really great & helpful with everything from explaining what speakers was best suited for my party and then took the time to email me over some videos of the party lighting packages they had. On the day of my event the sound & lighting technicians who came to fit the equipment were ontime, polite & seemed to know what they were doing for sure and they then collected after the party had finished. Will definitely use again for another party we got planned for later this summer! So all round an excellent local sound & lighting company & thoroughly recommended.
