Completely rips people off for over £6000 to do C&G — all hand in hand with assessors so don’t bother even trying to complain, treated her ADULT students like complete dirt and still charged clients FULL price without telling them students were grooming their dogs. An awful person with the most atrocious personality and she’s her albeit amazing grooming skills to sell her training. But her teaching skills are in the minus figures. Better to teach yourself on Youtubr and save yourself 6k!

I took my long haired cat to Alison at Alice in Groomingland as I was struggling to manage his long coat and it had become quite tangled in some areas. Alison was quite literally amazing! She did need to hold him down for the first few minutes and then she was clipping him and brushing him without holding him at all. It was like she had mesmerised him. Unbelievable. Huge thanks! I completely recommend this place. Thank you

We are so lucky to have Alison as friend as well as a very talented dog groomer. We now travel from Oxfordshire to have our Bichon frise groomed. We are in amazement how they get Lizzie so clean . They are the best dog groomers we had in 25 years of ownership of Bichon frise . Would not go anywhere else . We also are incredibly lucky to own one of her dogs.

They did an alright job on my dog in 2016 but i called to book an appointment and they rudely told me that i couldn't book my dog in with them unless i paid for a no show appointment from 2017, that i wasn't even aware of and it was over 2 years ago... They're rude and overpriced. Get some costumer service training, it will do you wonders.
