I had a gift card for a 30-minute express facial with 3-hour use of the facilities; and the spa and treatment exceeded my expectations. I went on the afternoon of a Thursday (hoping to avoid a crowd) and there was probably about 5 couples at the most, which was just about right for me. As with some of the other reviewers, I found the spa to be very clean. The pool was bigger than I'd experienced at other spas I'd been to. I also enjoyed the experience showers and hot tub. The sauna and steam room was a tad bit too hot for me, so I didn't spend too long in them. My facial treatment was the best part and very relaxing. The relaxation area also had a lovely setting.
