Exceptional Customer Service I was wanting some split face mosaic tiles and it was difficult to ascertain from images which ones were the correct ones. Hannah at customer services was so very helpful, identifying our current tiles, sending out samples and taking me through ordering for a special delivery due to holidays. Nothing was too much trouble even though I felt I was being a pest. Having purchased the wrong tiles initially, I was being pedantic about dotting the “i”s and crossing the “t”s but Hannah was so patient with me. Exceptional customer service. Thank you. Absolutely lovely company to deal with from start to finish. From phoning up and speaking to Charlotte who was lovely on the phone, ordering tiles and getting them delivered the next day was amazing! After having a bad experience ordering tiles from Tops Tiles as they came all broken and not that good quality, and were double the price. The tiles from The Stone Tile company are absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted. Great quality and price. I over ordered and when spoke to Linda she was happy for me to return what we hadn’t used for a refund.Both Linda & Sarah were so lovely when we came to the showroom. I would highly recommend using this professional company for any tiles. We are so happy!! Thank you all xx

Very very good quality for the price and good set of instructions for people that'd not know what there doing I haven't quite finished yet but very happy with finish but I do wish they did corner ones as they are hard to get right. The extra bits are not to bad £20 for a bag of adhesive isn't to bad for a 20kg bag u can get cheaper though. all in 5 star ⭐
