The food was delicious, you get what you pay for. The service was great, she gave us time to enjoy each course. My husband and I both had Sirlion but they had 3 choices of sizes which was great and the chips were really tasty too. We would definitely go again.

Found this lovely little place within a 2 minute walk of our hotel. We didn't book but managed to get a table. Service was friendly, and the venue is a lovely looking place and food came out quick. Its not the cheapest of places but if you want to pay for good food it rarely is. The food itself was amazing and if we were every in the area again, we would come again.

We loved this restaurant. The restaurant itself has a nice feel about it, the food was delicious - garlic mushrooms amazing, really tasty steak, and even the brownie was so good! Faultless service, polite and attentive. I’d definitely recommend and go back. Great small independent steak restaurant!

Bitterly disappointed with our latest visit to El Gaucho. We have eaten here a number of times in the past but last nights experience was underwhelming. We brought a friend along and were really embarrassed with the quality of the steaks that we ordered. I had a 8oz sirloin and it was full of grisle, so bad that I could not cut through it. It was replaced but ,again , the new steak was just as tough. Our friend had the fillet steak and about one third of it was grisle. My husband had the 14 oz sirloin and managed to eat about two thirds of it leaving a third of fatty and grisly meat. A very bad experience!! On a lighter note the wine and the starters were delicious. We will not return.
