Very helpful and efficient staff (Maidstone branch). Order was taken quickly and I was offered a free coffee. Order was ready in a couple of minutes, and minor mistake (probably my fault) was sorted quickly. I had some overly long lengths of timber to go in the back of a car, and a member of staff came out offered to cut them shorter for me if I needed it. Very good customer experience all round.
