What a fantastic evening! Service was outstanding! I believe the girls name was Mia that served us, as soon as we walked in the door we were made to feel so welcome by her and the chef, she was as very polite and really couldn’t do enough for us the whole evening. Now onto the food. Probably one of the best meals Iv ever had, we had the surf and turf as our main and everything freshly cooked and really nicely presented. I highly recommend the Mac and cheese.Already planning our next trip back.

This is the second time I have been to the pub, different staff both times with great attitude, high energy, extremely polite, helpful and on the ball. The food was outstanding. I had lunch there fish and chips. Best £15 I’ve spent in a long time if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would…… good job 👏🏼

Firstly, the service was unbelievable - top class, so thoughtful kind and friendly - and we didn't need or ask for anything in particular - I can't remember the last time that 'nothing is too much' was the attitude of all staff - so hats off to you all. The location is great, right by the river (photo doesn't do justice) the food was brilliant - and we were given the choice of items off menu too - wasn't a problem and offered to us by the chef without asking - again top notch. Prices are reasonable and will be back - only advice is to book - especially in the summer (say this as tried to eat before a few times but had been fully booked - our fault not theirs and glad to have visited/timed it well today). I really can't fault it and we are already talking about booking and coming back. If the service and food was 80% as good as it was today it would still be a 5* review so highly recommended 👍👍👍

Popped in on the off chance, the bar staff and chef were and still are the best, smoked sausage sandwiches on foccia bread..yum yum !! Go there now.

Came here to eat, sat down for drinks then all we could here was the (what we thought was the owners or managers) shouting at the staff the whole town could here them shouting at the staff and it went on for ages. You was shouting that they were being unprofessional. I had a little peek in the kitchen where the shouting was coming from and it was gross, meat on the dirtiest side I have ever seen! We left, we wasn’t going to eat here. Sorry maybe in a few months we might give it a go. Parking: No parking
