I've come here a couple times to get key copies done. One of the times - the key copy did not work!!! This was extremely inconvenient as you can imagine, since my guest was unable to get in and I was away at the time... Once I came back to the shop they re-did the key copy so that it worked, but the damage of it not working before was already done. If you do get key copies done here, try them out to make sure they work as soon as you can to avoid a situation where you're relying on the key copy, and it turns out it doesn't work. The price is also not very cheap - around 8 pounds per key copy.
