Stayed at this hotel to attend a recent wedding. The setting is beautiful nestled in open fields and woods very close to good road access. The hotel is very nicely laid out with tiled floors and corridors on the ground floor with a modern reception area at its heart. The bedroom we had was large and bright with good quality linen . Large walk in shower complimented the light bright bathroom. You are provided with tea , coffee and biscuits which is very good. The room is large enough to work in at the dresser/desk and TV is wall mounted for entertainment, should you need it. All the staff we came across were pleasant and polite and professional. This made for a perfect wedding venue especially in the beautiful weather we had with reception area on a lovely outside patio. Breakfast was filled with good quality products, well cooked and piping hot. Tea and coffee is served to the table. All in all a perfect stay and I would highly recommend. We'll done hotel team 👍

Enjoyed my stay at the Wrightington. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was one of the best I've used in a hotel - so powerful and spotlessly clean. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. I didn't get to use the spa, unfortunately, but will when I return. The on site restaurant Bennett's, was really nice and well priced. Good selection of drinks and again, staff were very nice. Breakfast in the morning was plentiful and worth the money. A great selection of cooked and continental all served with tea or coffee. Not much more to say!
