The worst experience I have ever had dealing with a business. I tried to registered a business name, they took my money first and then requested that I provide proof of ID and Proof of address. I then gave them that information (passport and bank statement) I was then told it wasn’t enough and I needed to get it verified and stamped by the bank which I then did, they then said it didn’t have the correct wording. James then told me they didn’t want to deal with me and that there were cancelling the process. I still haven’t received my money and I was told I can’t speak to anyone else in the business even though I requested to speak to someone more senior. I have spent 5-6 hours getting this sorted and to then be told they are cancelling it is shocking. Do not use this company. Response to Richard - Hi Richard, I provided my UK Passport which was then stamped and signed by the Natwest Bank representative along with a recent bank statement. The wording they used was "Certified true copy of the original" it also had the persons details at the bank which you could have contacted to verify. I understand there is requirements, but in this case I provided all of the details that you needed, and some, yet the same response of this has been rejected kept coming through from your team. The hassle cause and time wasted is really disappointing and I would advise that you train your team to handle the situation better. You have a lot of good reviews, but unfortunately people need to see both sides of the coin. In this case I have had a really bad experience.
