I have read many of the reviews on here and I can only say that while I can understand why people would be very angry if they had such negative difficulties with this company, this wasn’t my personal experience. I ended up booking flights using the Travel Makers to fly to meet my Indonesian girlfriend on a holiday in Thailand, and I was dealt with very professionally. The advisor I spoke to was called Jace, and he handled my requests for flights patiently and competently (and it was a very complicated sequence of flights that I needed for myself and my other half). The short haul flights were all booked and confirmed instantly. My only criticism would be that the main long haul flight for myself from London to Thailand was booked but the tickets were not issued to me until three days before departure (and that was with me pushing very hard to get them). I would advise this company to reconsider the way that they do this because it causes unnecessary stress and frustration for their customers. Nonetheless, I was not scammed (even though they had the opportunity). The tickets were genuine. The flights were correct. Jace worked very hard and got me everything I needed. I can highly recommend him, and I can only say that these other stories of scams on these reviews are not my personal experience at all.

Airlines will not fix the problem cause we booked thru them if u call them all they say is they will call u back they never do.
