    Disappointed with the service provided. Thomas Fattorini have had my chain of office for 7 weeks and have failed to complete the work as agreed. Backlog? The lack of any communication has left me without my chain of office for the coronation and this is totally unforgivable. You shouldn't take on work that you can't complete. The last time they had the chain, they engraved the wrong link!
