Be weary about buying a property from them. It's over 3 years since we purchased and they still haven't dealt with the majority of snags. They argue that defects aren't actually defects in order to save costs for themselves, and we're left with all 3 lifts in the building not working. They drag their heals and nothing is ever done about it.
