Fantastic service from this company. We had a leaking flat roof that needed urgent repair. We had water dripping into a dormer bedroom from the flat roof above it. I rang Steve in a panic because of a leak coming into my bathroom from a hole I’d seen in the membrane in my loft.. I was also due to go on holiday within a couple of days so had to have this fixed ASAP. Steve came round at 8am the following day to assess the situation (the weather on the day I called was atrocious and too dangerous for anyone to be on a roof). He returned at 1300 that afternoon, found the problem and fixed it. I can’t thank Steve enough for being so understanding to my situation and for being so helpful and kind. I contacted 3 roofing contractors for quotations. Steve Thorpe came to look straight away and gave me a prompt quote. The other two didn't bother to turn up. Steve gave me a reasonable quote and started as soon as the scaffolding company could erect the scaffolding. He carried out all the agreed work for the agreed fee, and even did some other extras that he didn't have to do. I was away during most of the work, and Steve always kept in touch and updated me on the work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve for roofing work. Service: Roof repair
