Contacted sam after being messed around by other plumbers, after explaining my situation being that I have a new born at home with no heating or hot water sam was at my property within a couple off hours after our conversation and explained to me what my options were. I decided on a new boiler to be installed which was done the following day. Excellent hassle free service from start to finish i would highly recommend.

Excellent service, our heating stopped working Saturday before Christmas. After phoning many plumbers Sam answered and agreed to come out on Monday which was amazing. He said we needed a new boiler and pulled out all the steps to fit it before the end of the week. The workmanship was excellent they were all so polite and considerate. Would highly recommend. We called the guys out when our boiler stopped working after a power cut. What we thought was going to be a simple job, turned into something much more, but the guys were brilliant. They came back multiple times over a period of days, trying to fix different parts and replacing with new to get it to work. Unfortunately the boiler just didn't want to work and we had to have it replaced. We cannot fault their professionalism and determination to get the boiler working for us in -4 degree temperatures. A new boiler was fitted within 2 days of the old boiler being written off and a fantastic job they did of it. We cannot recommend them enough, they went above and beyond what their job called for and it was hugely appreciated.
