Do not Use!!! Dirty car that wasn't cleaned even during the Covid-19 situation. Car had no AC, did not find this out til a day into renting the car (as it wasn't hot & did not need to use) were far away from the rental company. When this was bought to their attention, rather than say sorry, the fault was put on us for not taking the car back even though we were 4 hours away. The car also had not had a service and the tyre pressure was not checked, when we again bought this to their attention, their reaction? "Well it go you there didn't it?" All in all, dirty cars, terrible Customer service, unsafe cars DO NOT USE!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! we have photos of the car to post if needed.

No communication skills what so ever. They don’t send a confirmation text or email. Have a 7 day cancellation policy yet not all house moves can be planned precisely. Took money from my account WITHOUT my authorisation. Due to inforseen circumstances (accident on the M2) we missed our van collection time. I rang the office three times with updates (using communication skills that they don’t have). They have no discretion and my bank are investigating for taking money when no services received. Would NOT recommend.
