Absolutely shocking service! Was told at 4:30pm somebody would be with me within the hour, whilst clearly stating to them I was locked outside with my 4 year old. An hour passes with no sign of anyone. I then manage to get through to someone on the emergency number who states that they hadn’t even been informed of my job and wouldn’t be able to be with me for at least 2 hours (this is after already waiting an hour which should have been the longest) Very poor service from a company that claims to pride themselves on great customer service. If I was you I would look elsewhere for an urgent locksmith!

The customer service was fine and more than acceptable although the product it self was not. I paid 18pounds for 2 keys and one of witch broke with in 5 uses considering a higher price than most, You would hope it would last longer than a kinda egg toy but unfortunately not. (would not reccomend)

I was served by the Manager Peter the service was very poor with very bad customer service. Will not be going back to Timpson. I had been getting my watches fixed and batteries fitted for many years but after receiving bad customer service on two occasions by badly trained staff I have decided to go elsewhere for any future watch repairs. Very disappointed. Do not visit you will sadly regret to choose Timpson and especially be seen by Peter who clearly requires more training on maintaining customer service levels.

Peter and Saj were very helpful with our baby's passport photo. We took our baby to another Timpsons and were not happy with the results but got no further help there. Peter and Saj were more than happy to help us get the photo we wanted and were very efficient and friendly. They didn't even charge us! Thanks guys

The store staff are very helpful. They provide a range of services and products. It is a convenient location for quick stop, located near the entrance, nearby the department store Debenhams, for watch repairs, change a battery, order parts for your watch to have a set of keys cut.

BRILLIANT SERVICE, EXTREMELY HELPFUL! MY LOCAL TIMPSON HAD PRACTICALLY RUINED A PAIR OF MY BOOTS. TOOK THEM TO LAKESIDE AND NOT ONLY DID THE LOVELY MAN REPAIR MY BOOTS, BUT TOTALLY REFUSED TO ACCEPT PAYMENT. I USUALLY USE THE LAKESIDE BRANCH, BUT WAS IN A HURRY SO USED MY LOCAL ONE. LESSON LEARNED. THANK YOU SIR, YOU ARE A GENT!!
