The lady in the shop today I don't know her name but she is absolutely lovely. Her customer service is better than any I've experienced in my life. We basically forgot my boys coat thinking we had packed it in the bag. Turns out we accidentally left it at home. We was on our way to Lincolnshire wildlife park and to see santa but as he only had a cardigan we would have had to go home ( an hour drive) because it was so cold. My little boy was crying he was upset and I asked the lady I desperately need a coat and hat. There was a fantastic sale on and I bought a beautiful coat and hat i'm really happy with. My little boy was having a meltdown as I was trying to put it on I was really stressed and so was he and she went out of her way to give him some sweets and a little Teddy she was absolutely lovely to my son and she saw I was really stressed and he calmed down and was really chuffed when we left and got to enjoy the rest of the day. Massive thankyou to this lady. Will definitely be ordering from your online store. x

Struggled to find it open. Had a Closed for 10 minute sign on the door. Assistant surly and not interested. Will avoid in the future. Response to owner - 4th Nov. Closed at 10.10am. Then closed when I returned at 11.30am and I kept popping to other shops and returning continually until 12.20 when it was open.

We popped into the shop on 10th August and it was my son's 1st birthday. The lady in the shop was so lovely and friendly! She couldn't have done enough for us. I didn't catch her name but she had short blonde hair and was so helpful. We didn't plan on going into the shop but it's only because we forgot my son's shoes and we wanted him in shoes for the wikdlife park but that little visit to the shop really made our day. Thank you 😊 x

To say that i am disappointed with the service i received would be an understatement!… on Monday i have ordered a dress for my daughter and i went to collect it today. When i got to the shop the lady was on her phone and explained that she will be just a fee minutes, which is absolutely fine. I then have heard her saying that she cant find my order. She called another lady who said that they had to cancel my order because they cant find the dress i have ordered. When i have asked why i have not been informed about it before ( i drove 20 min out of my way especially to collect the dress that my daughter meant to wear tomorrow!) she told me that she tried calling me on tuesday but could not connect. I have not received any miss calls, so i have asked to check the number that they have on the system and the lady in front of me read it out correctly, so i cant understand how i have not had a miss call?! …..Also they have my email address, they have managed to email me my order confirmation but could not be bothered to inform me that my dress went “missing”. They have apparently refunded the money but they are not in my account either, so now i am sitting in YWP trying to figure out where i am going to get a dress for tomorrow for my daughter! Poor poor poor customer service! I will not be ordering from them again! Update: my refund notification just came through to my email!!!! So they have not refunded any money until i left the shop! Shocking !!!
