We hired Titania’s Garden to supply flowers for a wedding at the five star Rosewood Hotel in London and could not have been happier with our choice. The friendliness, professionalism, and skill of Michael and Angela is really without equal. So much so that the bride was miffed that the flower arrangements were getting more Insta-likes on the day than she was!

Absolutely brilliant florists! I emailed them to order a bouquet and 5 button holes for my wedding day in London (which I was organising from the Midlands). We exchanged a few emails and they made the whole thing hassle free. I sent a couple of inspiration photos for the bouquet and it turned out Berger than I could have imagined. If you want a reliable service and beautiful flowers, I would highly recommend.

It’s a very odd situation - the owners / staff don’t seem to want to make your money. They are very unkind - for example, one occasion where I was looking to get a bouquet for a friend, they just waived me off and told me to look at the pre-made ones; it’s not like my budget was low - I didn’t understand why they wouldn’t offer to put together a custom bouquet for me for my occasion. Another example is when I asked about their Christmas tree bases - they were incredible rude on the phone and did not want to sell me a Christmas tree base even when I offered to pay more money to buy it apart from a tree. It’s a real shame and I cannot grok these 5 star reviews - though it seems like the lower star ratings here reflect my experience also. If you are looking for good customer service and a nice local vibe, please avoid this place.
