Trevor has been fantastic! Recently moved to the area and we needed someone who is honest and trustworthy. I have no issues recommending his work at all! an absolute delight to have him working in the house and to be reassured we were in good hands. what should of been something simple took a lot longer but Trevor stuck with it and worked out a resolution keeping us up to speed with what and why things were needed! extremely quick to find a fix and to be done in the same day is not heard of! Trevor is brilliant, friendly and experienced. My electric shower broke down last Saturday and I got so frustrated not sure if I should repair the old one or buy a new one. Luckily I found Trevor and he was very responsive even on weekend and arrived within 2 hours, inspected the shower, gave me helpful advice and the right specifications of shower I should buy. Two days after I got the new shower, he came over installed it right the way. Okey Dokey, completed in an hour! He patiently showed me how to adjust the water temperature, reminded me the warranty and cleaned up the area before he left! Excellent service, good price! I would give him more than 5 stars if I could! Will certainly book him for boiler inspection soon! Thanks Trevor and take care! Service: Shower installation

Trevor has a just fitted a cooker for me, he was honest and did a professional job and I can recommend him. I don't know what this Jones women is on about, well I do, she's the scammer who wanted a job doing asap, then claiming sympathy at Christmas time with a baby (that's nothing to do with Trevor) YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WORK DONE, and she still owes money. She should name the fitter who criticised Trevor if he's for real, she knows nothing except to complain so she can get out of paying. She's full of BS, and to be sure 'God does not pay his debts in money'. Service: Installation

This was the first time I asked TJ to service and repair the high pressure problem on my boiler. It took about 2 weeks, but as we had some warmth that was ok until he realised what caused the problem. We are nice and cosy now. Thank you for your help. I shall ask TJ again when the need arises.
