Awful customer service. Drove through to the shop selected what I wanted, got along really well with the owner he couldn’t have been more helpful in the shop then said he’d get a price to me by the end of the day if not first thing the next morning. This was the Thursday, phoned on the Monday and he said he would get a price to me by the end of the day. Still nothing so sent a couple of emails. Still no reply so phoned again the following morning to which he said he’d been away and i would have a price within the next half an hour. Waited till the Friday (over 2 weeks since going into the shop) emailed again, no reply. So I used Elkssons Clothing instead and had my items delivered within 10 days. I appreciate they will be busy but it’s been nearly 5 weeks since I selected my items and they still haven’t bothered to reply to any phone calls / emails.
