Looked on-line. 9am opening hours. Arrived at 9.15 to find the shutters down. Was not worth cycling home so waited 45 minutes. Someone eventually turned up after ten-o’clock. Was asked my name as I wanted to collect a parcel, which I did however the chap continued to serve someone else….. so I waited…. Was finally handed the parcel was not asked for Id…. Will not arrange for parcels to be delivered here again or will not recommend

How can you run a business like this without a contact number? I have problem with a parcel that's been delivered incorrectly to you by DPD and can't contact you. I I have no way to let you know other than complain on here. Trying to save you some time and hassle as the package will need returning. DPD just as unhelpful. Seriously publish a contact number!

After a 25 minute walk to the shop to arrive by 8:30 I found the shop closed and contined to be before I gave up and walked home ten minutes later. Google says the shop opens at 8am, Hermes says the shop opens at 6am. No notice of opening hours in the shop window. A wasted journey.
