Scam prices. Feel sorry for the people who can't make it up to London. Can't comment on the other stuff so maybe they do alright for plushies, but for cards this is not it. Feel bad for the women of the store that have to wear the 'uniform also'

Disappointed that on two separate occasions we were refused entry to the games room by the same member of staff despite the room being available in person and on the calendar online. Our experience at the shop appears to depend completely on which staff member is on site. The room was not available from 4pm. We attempted to book an hour from 2.15pm. It seems the staff are happy to disappoint children rather than wipe down surfaces quickly between uses.
