I travelled from sunderland to redbeck and got there before shop opened was invited for coffee at owners home and got five star service from there super friendly staff and part exed my two daystate rifles in and came away with two matching wolverine r 1.77s over the moon with them have since bought other items on line and had fast despatch and had no issues with there service keep up the good work redbeck shooting your brilliant 👍

Been going here for nearly 20 year spent easily over £15,000 in there, and will never ever be going again, they're happy taking your money but dont want to know when it comes to refunds, nearly blinded by a thermal I bought off them but because the unit isn't damaged they wont refund. Going to make sure none of my family and friends go here again aswell

Best bet to avoid . Purchased bsa r12 clx magazine and been sent faulty item . I was told Now I will have to post to them for them to repair it or sort it ?! I purchased new item and should come without fault if faulty shop should arrange collection or pay for postage and resend non faulty item . Best not to buy from them .

Very very good. I dropped in on the off chance yesterday and got sorted within the hour while I waited. I had my seal repaired, strength tested and scopes set. I also bought a new cylinder and strap which they had in stock. Brilliant service.
