In April 2021, I won the bid on my first auction commercial property for my own company use, sadly I did not do any homework for it, I was panicking. Due to the 28 days timescale, Zara was super efficient, she found me the best deal on the market for the bridging loan, and also advised me what to do the regard to exiting the bridging loan, we completed it on time, just got the key last Thursday, and refinance has also been processed with a high street bank. I could not thank Zara enough for the help that she has offered me, otherwise I will be facing to lose all deposits to the Auction company, would not know how to refinance to pay back the bridging loan. Zara was professional at her business and also offered her personal care for my case, she was on board all time and guided me thorough all the processes. I offered on a 3-bed terraced house Feb 2020 empty for 2 1/2 years. The property is rundown, neglected and has no EPC rating. This property is not my regular type of purchase and my broker struggled to support this purchase with a lender. In desperation I googled lenders/brokers and Zara Brindley got in touch with a list of items required to obtain a Decision in Principle. Zara never failed to stay in touch or keep me in the loop on progress (even outside of office hours). I went quiet because of another purchase and then lockdown kicked-in and lending became restricted with reduced LTV. Zara worked with me through the many changes to get this purchase over the line to complete even though the Bridge net was less than we had hoped. Zara managed to obtain a bit more lending for us but this still didn't work for us. Then as lockdown started to ease more lenders started to come back and Zara switched my product to another lender which would give us more money net and less deposit to find. We are delighted all the hard work has paid off and we have finally completed on our purchase today July 2020. Thank you so much Zara, your expertise, reassurance and help throughout is highly appreciated.
