I used Town & Country Property Auctions to sell my flat in Weymouth. I had previously been unable to sell the property via normal methods as there was an issue with one of the owners not contributing to the service fund for 10 plus years. TCPA were fantastic from start to finish. They gave sound advice and were always contactable for any questions that arose. They were extremely efficient to get the property listed to ensure maximum exposure time before the sale. They advised to only sell to cash buyers as there was an issue with the block management. This meant once the hammer was down nothing could prevent the sale. They also advised me not to take a cash offer pre auction. This at the time was a very tempting offer since I was keen to sell and had previously failed to do so. l ended up getting £30k above the cash offer when it eventually sold at auction. The conveyancing post sale was seemless. The completion happened 28 days later and I signed only 1 form and replied to 2 emails. Nick and Tracey were both brilliant, continuing their great service after the sale to get me the meter readings so i could settle up. I would definitely sell again via TCPA and would recommend their service to everyone. Thankyou TCPA!!!
