Initially was really excited to find an England based service with UK based suppliers. Unfortunately after strings of email threads and sending across the (simple) design / embroidery order, waiting for confirmation, a couple of empty promises for phone calls and numerous unanswered emails — I heard absolutely nothing from the owner. Very unsure when you’re a very willing paying customer on the brink of potentially making continuous maintainable orders why I’d be ghosted.
