Nick De Jongh Van Arkel is affiliated with Hayden Group, however, has cleverly not listed as a Director. Had a contract for a basement conversion with a 14 week timescale. Nearly 2 years on and their lack of integrity, workmanship and quality mean the property needs other workmen in to complete the shoddy job and Nick has decided it is nothing to do with him after taking 70k already. If you think about using any company affiliated to Nick Van Arkel then I suggest unless you have an unlimited time frame and deep pockets to re complete work he says he will do to a good standard then avoid him as a person. I did not use Track & Build, this is a review on a director Nick Van Arkel who has essentially conducted himself like a crook. Appears at payment stage but other than that extremely difficult to contact or just ignores you altogether. Avoid him at all costs.
