    Very bad experience with this company ordered Venetian blinds early February, son of the company came measured up, when they came 10 weeks later 4 out of 6 windows measured incorrectly, took another three weeks to replace their error, customer service is diabolical, I had to phone and email them on numerous occasions for an update. Utterly frustrating and not only that they want the money upfront, so if things do go wrong your stuffed, my advice is to STAY WELL CLEAR

    Orderd blinds for house . Just moved In ..orederd white but gives hollywood smiles a run for their money ! They so white they flouresecent with a blue tinge the amount of people strangers who come to my house comments how blue they are its embarrasing ! Customer service was rude and not helpful denyiny the colour alrhough photos i gave and got show them clearly blue white is white .thats it not red blue yellow one set so long thought they were doubling up they did however rectify this so now i have flouresecent white with blue but at least i can close them now when they send u photo of white over wats app its done infornt of a hand so you get a darker shade not actual true colour i cannot wait till xmas over so i can get anotber company out and throw these in the bin were they belong..trade price for a reason certanly live up to name rude women dealing with it sums up theirvprofessionslism customer service shoud be nice and looking to solve find solution she should have been a traffic warden however i gave a star for the fitter as very nice very friendly and helpful understanding so theu got that part right notbintrested in their respone to my review as this is 100% correct based on my own personal experience with them wouldnt recommend

    Worse experience ever , lied to on handing over deposit on ordering , false promises through out told that my blinds where there but they aren’t , was told they would be fitted on week five after order still not fitted , and still aren’t avoid , £500 out of pocket and no blinds

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Used Trade Price Blinds in 2016 on old property & was very impressed reason why I returned this time around. My experience this time was not very good at all, OK blinds were fitted quickly & looked nice but there was awful lot of mess in the rooms from drilling etc, I had just had new grey laminate fitted 5 days previous to blinds being fitted, once the fitters had left which was fairly quickly we started to hoover the flooring & noticed there was a dirty great hole in middle of longe floor, we heard the fitters drop something but never thought it had damaged anything & you would think fitter would hold his hands up instantly apologising, no not this fitter did not say a word & left, called company to inform them & they spoke with the fitter & basically he bare faced lied about the incident, you can see he dropped his drill & end of drill bit landed in my flooring making the hole, the company has blocked me on face book & keep telling me I have to go through my insurance who will then contact their', my insurance want to charge me £350 taccess which I should not have to pay as I did not do the damage to the floor, I'm waiting for them now to clarify the procedure for claiming against them as they don't seem to know as apparently all yes been trading no one has had to claim against them? Really not happy being fobbed off on each call, don't seem to want to be responsible for their employees actions, very sad as will tarnish the company in long run. Would stay well clear DO NOT USE THEM.
