After Covid I wanted to do more outdoor stuff and his weekly park sessions fit the bill, making training fun. The right intensity with the right level of enthusiasm, willing to adapt and he’s very hot on work out technique - quality not quantity, for sure! Highly recommend.

Tom has been training us at home in Cambridge for the last 6 months on a weekly basis, and we'd highly recommend him. He's a super knowledgeable personal trainer, a really nice person and very attentive to your specific fitness and strength needs and goals. He's very encouraging, makes you feel good about your progress, and very creative about evolving his programming to keep things interesting and challenging. We've both been really happy with the results. It's our first experience of at home personal training and Tom makes it possible to balance all the competing priorities of work and family life while still being able to stay fit and get stronger.
