Great and affordable full-service doggy day care, boarding and grooming pet shop in Central London. As a small family-run business, it may look like a small basic shop from the outside but this place is all about heart and substance. My dog loves his time there, drags me to the front door when we are around the corner and happily wags his tail as he walks in to greet all his friends.

Don’t bring your dog here if you want your instructions followed when groomed. Ruined my dogs coat my dog was very uncomfortable after. Also awful customer service. Avoid at all costs.

I cannot recommend Trims and Treats enough, run by a lovely family of caring animal lovers this little shop has everything you could possibly need. And then some. The grooming is excellent too, my dog is pretty anxious but she comes out beautifully cut and is as happy as a skylark to be in there. Lovely people. Thankyou so much x I also wish to add that Trims and Treats stayed open every single day during lockdown to ensure local pet owners got all the supplies they needed when so much was in short supply. Dedication indeed ❤

My dog absolutely loves coming to Trims & Treats when I go away and she has been attending their doggy day care since it opened. I call it her holiday home. The staff are so friendly and know what they are doing....my dog literally runs to the front door to great her paw pals!! I also treat her to a haircut when I drop her off, they always do exactly what I have asked for and she leaves with a fabulous haircut and a little bow as a reward!! Hope this will be her holiday home for a long time to come, thank you!! :)

My dog literally used to pee in fear as soon as we would approach the store. The staff are nasty and rude and to be honest I’m not sure they actually even like dogs! If you love your pet Beware at all cost!!
