Quite shocked to see how the level of customer service has fallen short over the last few years. Extremely difficult to get through first time round and when you do speak to someone, the customer service can be abrupt and not as warm as it used to be. Culture always starts from the top, so the root cause can always be attributed back to the senior management team. In this case, I spoke to one of them and there wasn’t any apology for how I felt or any empathy shown at all. I believe the lack of care and attention has arisen since this franchise has been taken over as previously the level of service was impeccable. Even though I’ve been a customer for many years, I’m now taking my business elsewhere. If I was a specsavers owner, I would be seriously worried about how the Bradford Broadway store is being run and the reputational damage that can be caused if not run correctly.

I Don't know where to start such such poor customer service, such rude staff. Recruiters to this company doesn't know thèir job as they have hired such rude and irresponsible staff. The people working there feels they are doing such a massive favour for us instead we are the reason you are there. If you can't treat your customers right go find something else to do. Specsavers use to be the brand of people but now has become the brand of rudeness because of the people working there.
