    Don’t work for this company dosent value you at all and will invalid your rights. They hire them guys who barely cant speak English, have broken English and not fluent in English language. They hire the docile ones with an unconscious mind and absent minded who are incompetent so they can use them and abuse them. This what this company dose and most of these company dose when the same docile ones with unconscious cant speak English but they do have a brain and realise later “oh it’s the UK this country and law existed strictly, We abide by the Law and leselgation and I have rights” Until they realise later they being played, abuse and being out on risk by lone working, no break and being under paid. holiday being rejected, being sent far away when they shouldn’t because it’s not fair under radius. Company is doing favourism then brushing under the carpet and it’s happening In management and recruitment. Realising Their HR team is completely corrupted or it’s being influenced by another corrupted manager, or they have bunch of discreet circule and corrupted happened by these 2-3 seniors managers and realising obvious becomes the obvious and the same docile ones with no English and unconscious mind who are incompetent to even hire find out where report through third part company or HMRC, or know how to write reviews and trealise theyre cover by their rights and learn it. when serious wrong doing is happening in the company and HR

    Did training in January of 2021, didn’t receive my SIA license until April 15th. There was no communication with them, SIA said they were waiting for documents to be sent to approve my SIA license. I didn’t even receive my first aid certificate 🤦🏻‍♂️. Not worth joining. Staff take hours to get back to you on emergency matters, when you call in sick and say you can’t come in they essentially tell you to take medication and come in regardless of your condition, if you say no they pass you over to their boss who continues to guilt trip you and tell you to take medication until they suddenly end the phone call .

    Don't bother working for them. Awful company. No respect for staff from TSS "hierarchy". Always rude on the phone, take away your shifts, manipulate you by threatening to take you off your permanent role if you aren't able to do overtime in a store 10 miles away. If you need your holiday hours, get ready to call them and receive rudeness in worst form. They will only treat you with respect when they are desperate. Nobody bothers accepting shifts you request on Javelin platform, you need to wait about 30 mins to call control, where they will be rude and will keep cutting you off as you speak, or putting you on hold without reason. Not even saying sorry going to put u on hold. Area managers mostly are rude, I've been in contact with many, will say it's not their job (when it is) when you ask them to do something you require from them. Many cases where they don't pay guards correctly, sometimes I have heard cases from guys who didn't get paid for up to 10 days of the month. Ended up leaving the company in disappointment as never resolved for him. If you want to work for the worst company in the UK, submit your application for TSS today. Joke of a company. AWFUL .AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

    TSS has gotten worse, I have worked with them around three years ago and returned this year for a short period of time then had to leave again for the second time. They're a large company and in my opinion do not take care of their security officers as they should it's bad and not good safeguarding. I think it can be traumatising and damaging for officers to not have a reliable Control room and seniors to contact. They're negligent and unprofessional. The HQ is based in East London and the call handlers answer the phone with rude, informal and unprofessional attitudes. Why are the call handlers not trained to use a professional telephone voices??? It's ridiculous and it's been like this for years, the company needs a transformation in terms of organisation, professionalism and attentiveness to their employees it's basically non existent. I was ignored frequently by the senior staff, and I felt neglected as an officer with disabilities. Lastly, I think since G4S integrated with TSS, TSS has become more of a messy shambles. Please improve TSS, I build my career and confidence in this company however improvement is much needed.
