Absolutely shocking experience. Took over an hour and a half to be served. Food pretty poor standard. Some serving staff really apologetic and good - others surly and rude. Just poorly organised and managed

We went in on a Saturday morning when it wasn’t full and still nobody came to take our order for over 20 minutes. It wasn’t until we got up and reminded them we were there that someone eventually came. They are either understaffed or lack attentiveness to guests. The food came hastily thereafter and it wasn’t worth the wait, in fact it was unremarkable and disappointing. It’s the little things that they missed that showed their lack of care and felt quite lazy. The only thing going for it was the location. The toilets are located down some stairs but were flooded and dirty even so early in the day and there’s were no obvious disabled toilet access. There are better places to go nearby so we won’t be back and cannot recommend this place.

First of all the food was delicious. But… The waiters was very confused; they brought us the wrong drinks. They forgot my first course and they didn’t know the kids menu and was therefore confused when we talked about the options on the kid menu. They didn’t offer me compensation, but I did ask for a free dessert, and they agreed to that. The room was very pretty - but extremely noisy and I couldn’t hear what my mom said on the opposite side of the table. The music was very loud. But they turned it down a bit when we asked for it. Furthermore, my mother’s chair that was so close to the other chairs at the other tables that the waiters pushed her every time the past by with orders.

Brilliant service from Mitchell and Shannon. Upon arriving I was warmly greeted by Mitchell who lead us to our window seat table and then offered us drinks whilst we decided on what to order. Since being quite indecisive I asked for a recommendation which was the crispy poached egg for starters and “seafood risotto” and “surf & turf” for our mains 5/5 for quality of food and service. Would highly recommend if in the Covent Garden area!
