I rang the company and believe I spoke to someone called Steve Starkey who's the MD. I asked him regarding an item and all I got back was attitude from him. Every question I asked seemed to me like he didn't want to help out at all. Towards the end of our conversation I asked "is this how you speak to your customers?" and he replied "I'm the MD" like its ok to speak like that because of his position in the company. By the way, I only rang once..and thats the treatment I got. Good luck 👍
