My husband and I (both Americans) went to the legalization department for a document we needed taken care of. From the moment we got there we were greeted with utter kindness. I truly apologize for not spelling your names right----Amadue (the security guy) and Moneeb (the gentleman who assisted us behind the counter) were wonderful!! We were confused about a few things and each of them, in their own way, assisted us through the process with patience and kindness.
