***DO NOT USE UGP*** - They ramp up estimates towards the end of your contract, collect by direct debit and retain the balance. Impossible to get the money back and their excuse is they don't provide the service, it's Hudson Energy instead, despite never receiving this information, never receiving a Hudson invoice, and only paying UGP.
