Was a shame as we have always used them. Tried for weeks to get a reply for a booking. Called numerous times no answer, sent in request through there on line form. No reply. When I eventually got hold of someone there weren't interested, rude and fully booked. We won't be using again. I called several times during normal working hours, it wasn't a weekend or short notice. Travel dates were for 6/8 weeks in advance. We tried the latest on line app and booking form. Still waiting for reply. If an old system is still available on line you should be redirected to one that works. Not blame the person trying to book your service.

My recent experience with FEC wasn't particularly impressive, firstly the website is very poor and very difficult to log on to and make a reservation. Secondly I called to make a reservation and the male on the end of the phone didn't even take my name or number or provide me with any sort of booking reference. When you're paying £130 for a one way trip to Manchester I would expect a much better service. The driver of the car was nice and good at his job, but, the additional stress of wondering if he would turn up in the early hours of the morning made this an experience very far from executive.
