Great customer service. I ordered 2 LED flood lights in May 2017 which worked fine until one of them unaccountably failed in April 2018. On emailing the company they asked me whether I wanted a refund or a replacement. I opted for replacement and the unit was delivered the next date via DPD. Very happy.

Had problems with original courier (Hermes) who were unable to locate my address (or couldn't be bothered trying as they knew it was remote) contacted customer services who acted very promptly and resent via DPD who delivered without any fuss or difficulty. Totally satisfied with the sellers product and handling of the delivery problem, will use again. Thanks
