1st time using Umbrella Transfers ! Booking process was smooth. Email confirmation had all the details about the driver, his contact details, vehicle type and registration. Patrick was at the airport on time though actual contact with him took some time due to heavy rush at Heathrow. Nice and polite guy, Patrick took care of our luggage and made us feel comfortable. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had to change the time of my booking and less than 2 minutes I had an email confirmation. You're able to track your driver to your pickup spot. My driver, Lukasz, arrived in the area about 30 minutes early and waited nearby. He was very friendly and did an perfect job of getting us to our destination safely and on time!! I've used them 3 times now on runs to and from Heathrow. Very prompt and professional drivers and clean, smart cars. Booking not instantaneous but quick, efficient and responsive and helpful with queries. Only a little more expensive than minicab operators but worth every penny extra. Hope to be be using them again soon.
