I am another of the residents at Parkhaus who has been handed a flat with a terrible finish and after months of trying have not been able to resolve any issues. Union Developments hide behind Citidwell as the agent and nothing gets done. Flats were in awful condition when completion took place and there is no effort to resolve issues. Like other residents, happy to remove this review when there is progress on issues

Bought a flat off-plan at Parkhaus. Flat was handed over in terrible condition (chipped marble, stained floors, uneven balcony flooring etc) and months later still barely any progress. They are completely uncontactable. Understand these problems are across many of their developments. Would avoid. Happy to remove this review if there is progress on issues
