Great gym. Caters to all ability levels from beginner to professional, the instructors are always happy to help and answer questions and the crowd are friendly. Equipment has just had a re-furb and they're always on top with the latest gizmos. They don't go easy on you though they will work you HARD. But that's what you're paying for, right? Kids classes are well organised to their ability level and with a good mix of fun, learning and fitness.
