I was not happy with the services that were provided by Uzma for my wedding two years ago and I have still not received my products after years of constant calls, messages and emails. However, as the company has now re-opened; I was finally able to speak to the owner - who sounded genuinely apologetic and has confirmed that he will be rectifying the issue and sending me my products. It doesn't justify the amount of grief and distress I have been through since my wedding - but at least something is finally being done about it. My 1 star rating will stay until I actually see proof of this. Anyone who was in the same position as me and hasn't received their products yet - call the new number and speak to Hamid.
