Honestly loved the service that was provided from their time management to the quality of the pictures. I received my pictures within 3 days. The photographer and the videographer were very easy going and made sure they got as many pictures as they good so far I am satisfied. Thank you for all the wonderful pictures

Please do not use these services. Uzma is so unprofessional. She will chase you for the money owed then after that she will send you other company photographers and videographers. She will NEVER pick up the phone and she has the worst customer service in general. Its been 13 months and I do not have my album or video. The footage and photos I have seen are so unprofessionally done - Uzma is deceiving and so so so unprofessional. Do not ruin your wedding day by hiring her - you will have no memories of your special day.

Very unprofessional. It’s been a year and I’m still waiting for my wedding video. The first edit was sent 6 months after the wedding and the CD wasn’t even working!! At the beginning when full amount was not paid, she would ring me and my sister constantly! Begging for the money, going crazy about it and as soon as she received the full amount, she doesn’t bother replying to my messages. her co-worker did nothing but complained about her boss at the wedding! My sister kept telling where to go and what to do! Not fully trained at all. Constantly Whatsapping and calling Uzma and she blatantly ignores. I have the convo saved if anyone interested. I’ve been ringing her constantly so I could speak to her but now she has blocked me! Had the worst experience ever! All the reviews that I have read about the service are absolutely correct. I’m surprised she’s still in business!!

WARNING Please avoid this company. Do not pay them a penny of your hard earned money. You will not get the service you are promised. Uzma, demands full payment upfront before the day of your event and promises to deliver a quality service which I am yet to see. She is unbelievably unprofessional, there is a great lack of communication and customer service overall. She continually ignores calls and texts yet she can be seen to be online on WhatsApp. When she does respond to your numerous messages, you are in no better position than before. She offers lies to substitute the truth of the matter. For over a month, I have been told that my wedding album has been in the post. I'm not willing to wait any longer. It has caused great inconvenience to myself and my partner as we have had to reschedule work and other commitments to stay at home minding the post, waiting for the doorbell to ring. Family and friends can't quite beleive I have celebrated my second wedding anniversary however I don't have an album to show for it! Two years and I am yet to receive pictures of my wedding day. I am now having to escalate this matter further through various avenues to ensure that no-one has to ever deal with such inadequate service. If anyone requires further information, I have a full history of dialogue between myself and Uzma and I am happy to share this. PLEASE STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
