They came to replace my front left flat tyre to my doorstep for a small fee. Then had a look at the brakes squealing and quoted me for change of brake discs too. My car was picked up from my home to their garage for no charge! Didn't overcharge and change parts unnecessarily, as he witnessed the condition of existing rear brake callipers were good and decided to not replace them and charge me for it. Overall, I trust this garage with my car for their honesty, transparency, good workmanship and rapidity with which you get served! I recommend it! Services: Brakes, Tires

A pothole ripped two tyres and damaged an alloy wheel on my wife's car. I drove over to her and phoned the RAC (More Than insurance) who called out V Tech Auto for a roadside repair. I paid in advance over the phone. They arrived in good time despite a lack of postcode location. The rim was too damaged for a roadside repair so the vehicle had to be recovered. V Tech made it clear that their recovery would not be covered by my insurance. They recovered the vehicle (while we drove home in my car) and, overnight, replaced the wheel and tyres, keeping us informed of costs and options at every stage.
