Had a faulty Webasto heater... AVS (advanced van systems) said they'd take a look at it and advise, they quoted £100 to removed and look. I turned up on the day it was booked in, the sun was baking... they left me sat in the yard all day I got so sun burnt. They refused me a cup of water (blamed covid) and refused me use of the toilets (blamed covid). The van was returned to me with a bill of £486.23! I was shocked, I tried to explain I had never authorised this but they refused to return my keys unless I paid. In the end I put it on my credit card just to get me keys back. I got home and tested the heater... they hadn't fixed it and it failed to work!!! Contacted AVS by phone numerous times but they failed to return any of my calls. DO NOT use this unscrupulous company, they are absolutely conmen who don't care about their customers. Service: Fan repair

Looking to purchase items from their website but wasn't able to. Then emailed to ask when I'd be able to and the responses given were really rude, not even answering my question and telling me to check the website. Wouldn't recommend using these, really put me off. Website always seems to be down too... I'll go else where, cheers.

Rang up explained that I’d like my van insulating and parts ply lined, I was asked to fill in a form online, filled it in, no response for over a week, when I rang back they said it may have been a website fault, but also I couldn’t use my shelves and would need theirs even though I know you can just get the lining done there only, as a friend had their van ply lined only there. I mentioned my shelves go into part of where the ply lining would go, they said I’ve spoke with the manager and we wouldn’t be able to help, I’m guessing it’s too hard to use a router to cut around things in plywood theses days..they never even asked for pictures to see first.. complete waste of a week of my time, I’ll do it myself.
